Why choose us?
We understand that investing in an advanced dentistry procedure such as dental implants is a big decision, with the cost of the treatment a potential quandary for some patients. That is why we are pleased to offer a free 20-minute chat with one of our implant coordinators, to answer any preliminary questions you may have. We will not put you under any pressure to proceed if you decide the treatment is not right for you.
Patients choose us over other clinics offering this service as:
- We are experts in implant surgery – all we do – day in, day out – is solve people’s dental problems with bespoke implant solutions. Our implant surgeons are highly qualified and experienced, offering you complete peace of mind.
- We offer an exceptional standard of care – cheaper options either within the UK or abroad are likely to struggle to rival the standards of our unique care plans and aftercare service.
- Our luxury clinic is just 1 hour on the train from London – we occupy a beautifully refurbished, 5-floor, grade 2-listed Georgian residence in Maidstone, Kent.
- Our clinic features three first-rate surgeries – featuring the latest dental equipment and technology available.
Single tooth implant costs
The cost of our single tooth treatment starts at £2100, including the implant itself and a permanent crown. In addition, there is a fee of £75 for the clinical consultation and a charge for radiographs, ranging from £45 to £120, depending on whether 2D or 3D imaging is required. It is important to note that this pricing excludes any bone augmentation that might be necessary. For further information on this procedure, visit our single tooth implant page here.
Multiple teeth implant costs
The cost of multiple teeth dental implants and implant supported fixed bridges depends on the number of teeth being replaced and the number of implants required. A treatment to replace three teeth supported by two implants costs from £5175, while replacing four teeth with two implants starts from £6150. These prices include permanent crowns but exclude any bone augmentation if needed. For further information, visit our multiple teeth implant page here.
Full arch implant costs
Full arch dental implants – commonly referred to as the “Teeth in a Day” treatment – start from £13400 for a single arch and £26800 for both arches. These prices include bone augmentation if required, as well as the final permanent teeth restorations. As with the single tooth and multiple teeth treatments, there is also a clinical consultation fee of £75 and a charge for radiographs ranging from £45 to £200. This treatment offers patients the remarkable advantage of achieving a fully restored smile in just one day, combining both function and aesthetics seamlessly. For further information, visit our teeth in a day treatment page.
Why do dental implants cost more in the UK?
The cost of dental implants abroad can be lower due to the lower living and labour costs in certain countries. This enables some countries to offer the treatment at half the price compared to the cost that a UK clinic will quote to you. However, you need to bear in mind that there will be other costs you will need to factor in, if you choose to have your dental implants abroad, such as hotels, flights and insurance.
Does the lower cost of dental implants abroad mean lower quality?
Not necessarily, but you should take great care to ensure that the team offering the treatment has a good reputation. Their periodontists and implantologists should have completed appropriate training, and you will want to check they have extensive experience in the field. A distinct advantage of using a UK based clinic is the ease with which you can check that your provider is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. In addition, you will not have to worry about the language barrier or have to navigate foreign language regulatory bodies, to check the credentials of an overseas provider.
Why should I choose a UK clinic for my dental implants over one abroad?
We are obviously biased, but in our opinion we would say for safety, comfort, and peace of mind make the cost of treatment in the UK worthwhile. With our “full arch” teeth in a day treatment, for example, you can get a complete set of replacement fixed teeth in either the upper or lower jaw, using only four implants, in just one visit. No need for flights and hotels, you can have the procedure carried out and then be home the same day. Our luxury clinic is staffed by a friendly support team who will cater to all your needs. You will have complete peace of mind knowing that your surgery will be carried out by a highly qualified practitioner.
How does the cost of treatment abroad compare to the cost of implants in the UK?
The cost of dental implants abroad can vary significantly from country to country. It is possible that you may be able to get a single tooth implant for as little as £600 or a full arch treatment for £4500. However, you will need to consider that at least two separate trips would need to be made abroad to the clinic, the first for the surgery itself and then subsequently for the restoration which in itself can extend over multiple appointments. Advanced dental surgery can be a daunting experience wherever it takes place, making multiple trips overseas unappealing to some patients.
