Which Snacks are good for Teeth?

Generally speaking, snacking is not good for either our body or our teeth but this is not always true! While sugary drinks, sweets and potato chips should only be eaten in moderation there are other snack foods that can be enjoyed anytime.

These include a wide selection of fruit and vegetables:

– Raw carrots and celery

– Most fruits

– Nuts and berries

Nuts, berries, fruit and vegetables may sound boring but they can be quickly turned into “fun and unique snacks” you will enjoy while keeping your dentist happy at the same time.
