For your ‘in person’ appointment visit

Please be aware of the following:

  • We will send you a medical history and Covid-19 screening form via email. Please complete and return this before arriving at the clinic.

  • We are operating a locked door policy which means that the reception area is closed to the public. This is for everyone’s safety.

  • Patients should arrive on time and wait in their car/outside until a member of our team calls you to come to the front entrance where they will let you in.

  • We have made the clinic environment as safe as it can possibly be for you. This includes the advised provisions for social distancing, use of PPE and cleanliness of surfaces.

  • Please ensure that you have gone to the toilet before attending the clinic because the toilets will not be in use. 

  • Please visit the clinic with an absolute minimum of bags/coats etc.

  • We will ask you to wear a face covering whilst in the practice and if you are in the ‘clinically very vulnerable’ category you will wear your face covering for much of your time in the surgery too.

  • Please use the supplied hand sanitiser on entrance and exit and follow the one-way system.  

  • We thoroughly clean the surgeries between each appointment.

 

For your treatment in the surgery

  • All our staff will have had special training and passed the required health checks before attending for work
  • Your surgery will have been thoroughly sanitised and ventillated between appointments
  • Your dentist and dental nurses will be wearing appropriate PPE during treatment. Please do not be alarmed – it is still us inside!
