We are now able to treat patients again

following the latest Government guidelines, putting your safety first

We are delighted to announce that we are able to see patients from Monday 8th June 2020. Understandably though, the Covid-19 experience has changed things a little.

STRICTLY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Please do not attend the clinic unless you have arranged an appointment

The new treatment process

Securing your appointment:

1

Either call us on 01622 751553 or email to [email protected] to update us with your situation. This includes your current state of health and risk factors regarding the Covid-19 virus

2

We will then arrange a ‘virtual’ appointment with a clinician – either by video or by phone

3

We will book an appointment at our clinic for you to either resume or begin your treatment with us as soon as we possibly can

Please bear with us – we will be extremely busy catching up after the enforced closure.

For your ‘in person’ appointment visit

Please be aware of the following:

  • We have made the clinic environment as safe as it can possibly be for you. This includes the advised provisions for social distancing and cleanliness of surfaces
  • Please try to attend alone, arrive on time, and wait outside until we call you in
  • Please visit the clinic with an absolute minimum of bags/coats etc
  • Please make sure you have gone to the toilet before attending the clinic as our toilets will not be in use
  • We will thoroughly clean the surgery between each appointment
  • If you are in a ‘more vunerable to Covid-19 infection’ category, we will ask you to wear a face mask for much of your time in the waiting area and surgery
  • Please use the supplied antiseptic hand gel on entrance and exit.

For your treatment in the surgery

  • All our staff will have had special training and passed the required health checks before attending for work
  • Your surgery will have been thoroughly sanitised and ventillated between appointments
  • Your dentist and dental nurses will be wearing appropriate PPE during treatment. Please do not be alarmed – it is still us inside!
